Black Hawk Homes of Arizona moving forward during hard times
All areas of housing have been hit hard because of the slumping economy. Black Hawk Homes has been pushing forward despite these difficult times.

/Arizona News Articles/ - PHOENIX, AZ, July 25, 2008 - The struggling U.S. economy, high fuel costs, and the mortgage crisis have all negatively affected the housing industry for at least a year now. Manufactured housing has been no exception. Nationally, sales are way down. Many companies in our industry have been forced to scale back operations, while others have completely gone out of business. In Arizona, one manufactured home retailer has been moving full speed ahead despite devastating economic conditions. Black Hawk Homes, located in North Phoenix, has experienced increased sales volume in 2008. Additionally, the company has purchased 3 acres of land at about 7th Avenue and Happy Valley roads in North Phoenix. Plans are underway to build a new 4,000 square foot sales center along with a 2,000 square foot warehouse. The total cost of the project is estimated at just under $2 million. No builder, retailer, or contractor involved in the manufactured home business in Arizona has flourished at all in recent years. While everyone else is burying their head in the sand, Black Hawk has boldly moved forward in establishing themselves as one of the top manufactured home dealers in the state of Arizona.
