About the authors:
Len Fuchs is a retired Marine Corps Colonel who flew tactical fighters and was a squadron commander. He was senior vice president of the Government Division of Franklin Covey Company and owned his own leadership seminar company. John Nicholas is a former a U.S. Navy officer with service aboard a guided missile cruiser. He has held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies including IBM and has published leadership articles that have had wide circulation.
