"Win the Ultimate Prom" Announces the Ultimate Prom King and Queen Contest

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 04, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Grand Canyon University (GCU) and Win the Ultimate Prom (WUP) are pleased to announce The Ultimate Prom King and Queen Contest. Beginning May 1, through July 10, teens from across the country may submit for their chance to be featured as WUP's Royal Court.

To submit, teens should log on to WintheUltimateProm.com to register for the contest and submit a 60 second video of themselves to tell us why they want to be selected as the Ultimate Prom King and Queen. WUP's Royal Court members will receive the royal treatment for their own prom, plus the chance to be crowned the Ultimate Prom King & Queen.

Through personalized Web sites at wintheultimateprom.com, the Royal Court will promote the Win the Ultimate Prom Contest as well as their campaign to be crowned the Ultimate King and Queen. The team that receives the most votes will be named the Ultimate Prom King and Queen for the 2009-2010 school year and receive prom related prizes.

Voting for the Ultimate Prom King and Queen will be held online in conjunction with the WintheUltimateProm.com 25k Prom Giveaway, October 1 - November 30, 2009.

Win the Ultimate Prom is a national prom contest that allows all high schools in the U.S. to compete to win $25,000 for their High School prom. Win the Ultimate Prom also offers a second place prize of $5,000 and third place prize of a band for prom in addition to the new Ultimate Prom King and Queen contest.
