ArtFire Voted Top in Innovation for the Shorty Awards
ArtFire receives more than 300 votes in Innovation as part of the Shorty Awards
TUCSON, AZ, February 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- After a few short weeks of voting, ArtFire has climbed to the top of the Innovation category in the Shorty Awards. With 361 total votes, they've surpassed all competition in that category.
The Shorty Awards are meant to honor producers of real time content. Through ArtFire.com's use of Twitter to provide real-time customer support and engagement, as well as a channel for ArtFire's unique Community Directed Development program, they were quickly voted up in the Shorty Awards by their followers and members. Members cited such reasons for voting for ArtFire as their numerous selling tools and willingness to listen to the needs of users.
"We've always used Twitter as a feedback loop for Community Directed Development, and all of our executives are required to tweet," said John Jacobs, CEO of ArtFire.com. "We are grateful to everyone who voted for us and to our members who helped make ArtFire what it is, without their help and suggestions, we would never have gotten this far."
Winners for the awards will be officially announced on March 3rd at the Shorty Award Ceremonies in New York. Official winners will be selected based on vote number, quality, and questionnaire answers.
