After an extensive International search, Mr. Marco Crea has been appointed General Manager of Octogone Terre Resort & Spa, Marrakech, Morocco.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, March 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Crea who has over 20 years experience as a hotelier, has used his entrepreneurial talents and knowledge of the industry to realize a substantial growth in revenue and quality control and a strict emphasize in customer service.

Prior to joining the Octogone team on June 1, 2009, he successfully managed for two years one of the world's most charming and well-known property of the Leading Small Hotels of the World portfolio, the Lord Byron of Rome. His previous positions included General Manager mostly in European cities such as London and Frankfurt where he managed famed Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa, and Hotel Spendide Royal, as well he was the Assistant General Manager at Marriott Grand Hotel Flora and worked in his career in Accor, Summit and Crown Plaza. Crea holds a B.A. in Hotel Operations from The "V. Telese" Hotel School of Ischia (Napoli, Italy) and has various training credentials from FIW Institute in Germany, London Institute of Hotel Business, Marriott foundation of leadership and Leading Hotel of the World Trust program.

As the first point of order, Crea will focus on adding value and satisfaction to guest. He will also focus on positioning Terre as an active and positive influence in Marrakech growing offering. As well, he will implement procedures and training to all facets of Octogone operations that will later be used to manage Octogone intended growth which Crea will spearhead.
