The restaurant, an extension of the Original NinfaEUR s on Navigation in Houston, Texas, features top-quality, fresh, hand-crafted appetizers, entrees and desserts. All food items are made from scratch, from the juices for the margaritas to the flour and corn tortillas.
Executive Chef, Alex Padilla, whose mother worked for Mama Ninfa Laurenzo in Texas, has created a menu that has been a hit with politicians, celebrities and even visiting royalty.
Popular items in the new, Glendale location include: Pork Carnitas; Chile Relleños, Mussels Mexicana; Diablo Shrimp, the NinfaEUR s Combo with choice of Fajitas, Beef Taco and Cheese Enchilada, as well as a large selection of wine, beer and specialty margaritas.

The restaurant, owned and operated by Legacy Restaurants since mid-2006, is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays.
