Diamond Integrity Group, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Event Production Company
Deal marks the second acquisition for Diamond Integrity Group, Inc. this year.

CHANDLER, AZ, October 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Diamond Integrity Group, a private equity firm based in Chandler, AZ announced today the acquisition of Prominence Productions, LLC, an event production company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
