Sanderson Ford Helps Raise Money for Katie Wagner, a Local Phoenix Teen Battling Rare form of Cancer
Join Sanderson Ford in their efforts to raise money to help local teen Katie Wagner and her family as she battles a rare form of cancer.

GLENDALE, AZ, November 11, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sanderson Ford asks Phoenix customers to help raise money for a local teen battling a rare form of cancer. As part of their efforts, the Phoenix Ford dealership has donated a brand new 2012 Ford Focus to be used as the grand prize in a raffle to benefit 15-year-old Katie Wagner.

On October 19, 2011, Katie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma. Although Katie and her family live in Anthem, Arizona, they have been spending a lot of time at Phoenix Children's Hospital while she fights this uphill battle.

To help raise funds for Katie and her family, a We Care account has been set up in Katie's name at Mid First Bank. We Care is a 501c3 Anthem, AZ non-profit, and 100% of funds donated to this account will benefit the Wagner family. Donations can made through Jeff or Mark at Mid First Bank in Anthem, or mailed to We Care at 3655 West Anthem Way Suite A-109 PMB 280, Anthem, AZ 85086.

A PayPal account has also been set up for Katie. To donate to this account, log in and enter wecare@gosfm, with notation that the donation is for Katie Wagner.

The 2012 Focus will be awarded as a grand prize in a raffle that will take place on Friday, December 23, 2011 at Sanderson Ford. For every $5 given to the cause, donors will receive one raffle slip. 100% of proceeds will go to the We Care account. Interested donors can make a contribution and qualify to win the Focus now through December 23, 2011 at Sanderson Ford in Glendale, Sanderson Lincoln/Volvo in Phoenix, or at any Katie Wagner fundraising event.
